  I am so pleased with my experience at Sears with Kim, it was my first time looking for a brand new refrigerator and I was super intimidated. Kim was more than helpful, she educated me on the different brands and I felt so confident with my purchase! I love my refrigerator and I’ll go back for any future appliances!
